How Do I Get Started?

It’s as easy as giving us a call!

The first thing we will do is visit your home to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free quote. (If you do not want this service we can discuss needs over the telephone.)

We will provide you with a comprehensive list of our wide range of services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to do for you.

Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests, and you will be provided with a copy. This is not a contract, but merely another way to guarantee you our personalised, consistent and timely service.

 

Do I Need To Be In The Property When You Are Cleaning?

You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be.

Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

Will I Always Have The Same Cleaner?

We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your service that allows you to never think twice about it. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilise the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.

We begin our relationship with you by visiting your home and creating a customised work order for your needs, so that you can always count on receiving the same great, personalised service to which you’re accustomed.

Are Your Cleaners Screened/ Checked?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. They are also required to have experience in domestic & commercial cleaning to work with us.

What If I Have A Pet?

Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets, and we like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information to be included on your work order.

How can I Pay?

We accept Cash, Cheques & BACS payments

Ironing FAQs

How Do I Book An Ironing Collection/ Delivery?

All you have to do is give us a ring or drop us an email to discuss your needs.

Do I Need To Provide Anything With My Ironing?

No – hangers and plastic garment coverings are supplied.

What Shall I Put My Ironing In? 

Any bag that you have, it could be a black sack, Ikea, Bags For Life etc, the bag will be returned if requested with your ironing.

What If It’s Bad Weather Will Everything Get Wet?

This won’t happen as all garments which are hung are protected by plastic garment covering.

When And How Do I Pay? 

Payment is due on receipt of your ironing. We take cash, cheques and BACS payments . Receipts will be given on request.

Is There A Minimum Spend? 
Yes we have a £25 minimum spend per collection/delivery.

Do You Pick Up And Deliver?
Yes, we will arrange a time slot of 60 minutes for collections and deliveries meaning your are not waiting for us. We aim to provide a consistently convenient service. Collection and delivery is free of charge.

I Work Monday – Friday 9-5 Can I Still Have My Ironing Collected And Delivered? 
Yes, our collection and delivery service operates during daytime hours and can call at your workplace (If within our areas covered) or home (leaving in a safe/designated place).
